The rusty metal object forming the"teeth" of this crocodile is part of an old clothesline.. When I saw it in an antique store I immediately saw it as teeth. The body of the crocodile is an antique and was used to store gun powder. The vintage cording provides texture and is also the base for which the tail is made. Green beach glass forms the ridge down the back and tail of the crocodile. Teardrop-shaped beads dangling from the eye are what gives this piece it's name, "Crocodile Tears”
